How does a Body Confidence Coach help you feel more confident in your skin?

Thinking about working with a coach, but not sure if it’s worth it? Before you invest your time and money in a Body Confidence Coach, it’s completely fair to question exactly how I can help you.

Being confident in your skin can be a tedious and continuous battle, and one that affects everything from your work to your social lives. As a Body Confidence Coach, I will give you guidance and support in transforming the way you feel about your body, ultimately making you empowered and unstoppable in all aspects of your life!

You might have already tried to tackle your insecurities on your own and found that nothing really sticks. If you’ve ever heard the African proverb, ‘if you want to get there fast, go alone, if you want to go far, go together.’ Well, I am here to take you far.

What does a Body Confidence Coach do that’s different?

Instead of focusing on problems at the surface, I work with you from the foundation up, starting with your mindset. Your brain is the most powerful muscle in your body, so we are going to work it!

Your thoughts are the core of the problem, and the way you think about yourself is what’s holding you back from feeling 100% body confident and ultimately, loving yourself.

As a coach, I want to help change the way you think so you can finally take control of your negative thoughts and self-judgement.

We will work together to shift your self-perception by reframing your mindset. By adapting the way you think about yourself, we can define your success not just in your body confidence, but in all other aspects of your life. Confidence comes in all shapes and sizes, and once we learn to hone it, there’s no telling how far we’ll go!

Our work together will start by identifying where your negative thoughts about your body come from. Then, we will reframe those beliefs into empowering thoughts that ignite your inner confidence.

This may sound tough, but I promise you, it’s liberating. As mentioned before, your brain is your most powerful muscle. We need to work that one first to start the transformation!

What does body confidence look like to you?

Body confidence is different for everyone because everyone has their own individual insecurities. However, the same method can be used to shift these varying insecurities, because we are working from the foundation, not the surface.

Ultimately, feeling body confident is the result of taking control of your mindset, tapping into your personal power, and taking small consistent actions every day that support this change. This is where I come in…

How do we start?

I have curated a unique 6-part framework from my own coaching training and experience that takes you from feeling insecure in your body to finally loving your body and accepting who you are.

This involves practical 1:1 sessions where you are educated on essential tools, taken through experiential exercises, visualisations, meditations and given actionable steps for the week around what you have learnt, so you can kickstart your healing journey. Throughout the programme, you will be constantly working towards your desired goal of feeling f***ing fabulous in your body and becoming unstoppable!

For my clients I promise to provide fun, motivating, and action-based tasks that help to make the work empowering and enjoyable. BUT, if you aren’t willing to do the work, it will be hard for you to reap the benefits of coaching and see any change. Why? Because all healing comes from within. A coach can facilitate, educate, motivate, and hold you accountable but at the end of the day, it is up to you to take action.

It takes two to tango when it comes to being coached. Expect 100% support from your coach and they will expect at least 90% effort from you.

What does a coach need from you?

For a coach like me to successfully help you overcome your body insecurities, so you can wake up every day feeling empowered and confident, I need you to ask yourself:

Am I ready to put the work in?

Am I ready to start letting go of my past so I can be free and content in my body?

Am I ready to say YES to myself and start embracing what life has in store for me?

Am I ready to commit to transforming my negative thoughts into empowering new beliefs?

Do I believe I can change?!
