I know this because I used to feel exactly the same. I honestly blamed the fact I was single and couldn’t find a boyfriend on the fact that I hated my body and the way I looked.

This went on for years and it was incredibly damaging to my confidence, my psyche and my inner self-talk.

 

It was only after experiencing some incredibly powerful coaching myself, that my mindset started to shift. All those horrible and toxic thoughts I had about my body suddenly started melting away and I really started to love my body.

 

I’d look in the mirror and rather than feel repulsed, I started to love the way I looked. I was grateful for my body. I felt proud that I was healthy
