I created UNSTOPPABLE WOMEN, this transformative 8 week programme to help women just like you, who struggle with your body image and low self-esteem, to finally take back control of your negative thoughts and skyrocket your confidence.

I know how it feels to look at your reflection and hate what you see staring back at you.

I know how it feels to blame all your life troubles and downfalls on the fact that you look awful.

I also know how it feels to do all the weight loss programmes and online exercise plans; to try therapy; to attempt dating apps; and to excessively plan out all your meals, without any success.

 

I know, because for so long, it was my reality. That’s why I created this 8 week group coaching programme for motivated women who struggle with their body image and low self-esteem and finally are ready to nurture the relationship they have with their body.

Tallulah has such a bright, happy energy about her. The fact that she was able to create a safe space to make 6 complete strangers comfortable enough to share some of their most personal thoughts makes her an incredible lady! Tallulah has a non-judgemental, open aura about her that makes it easy to share. The topics covered in each session were really interesting, I liked the way Tallulah would touch on the science/psychology of why we feel the way we do.
